Mark is friendly, prompt, and very professional. He took my situation seriously, and was ready to help. I actually had to reschedule our appointment a few times because of conflicts on my end, but Mark was always available within a day or two, something I have never experienced with a plumber. He got the job done at a reasonable price, and even came back twice when things weren't working as they should--at no extra charge. He got everything up and running the way it's supposed to. I would definitely recommend him and TMO for any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work you need done. You won't find better.
